I recently became a member, i was with Fido and processed transfer number solution. my number was not transfered please help me.

I rebooted it, my public mobile is working with a different number, my fido is not working emergency calls only.

@am220856 Reboot the phone once and check if you can make outgoing calls and check incoming as well

My fido stopped after I accepted the transfer message.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can confirm the port status and re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
