Help!!

Hoping I am not the only one with this issue. My port confirmation reply to Telus wasn't received, even though it was within 90mins.

How do I resubmit the request to Telus from PM?

Urgently need to get the port done today.

Appreciate any help please.

hi @Shaady  Call the porting team to reinitiate the porting request. I have sent you the number already, check your Community inbox
