I have an account and I've had the same number for at least over a year. I have tried to change my phone number today and it always says, "Number change failed." How do I get a new number?

You can change your phone number up to 4 times every 30 days after you’ve activated. To change or transfer your number after activation, go to your Self Serve Account here and:

@B20 It could be just a browser issue.
did you try a different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox).
Or you can also try Incognito/InPrivate Mode.
Or you can clear cache.
If none of those work, try a different computer

Usually, just log in to your account...then right side of page (My Profile) look for Change number.
I'd keep trying until you're successful.
