Not received Public Mobile Points from the new Points Reward System

Hello there, 

It's past May 5, 2024 now.  Should we have all been forced onto the Public Points reward system?  If yes, I have not received the 5 welcome points or the points equal to 10% of my subscription plan.  Can somebody advise what's the reason?

Finally received the message from Public Mobile regarding the Points system.  It says the process can take up to 4 days.  What does that mean?  Does that mean that it's going to take them up to 4 days to credit me these measly 5 welcome points and what about the 5% of my subscription plan amount?  Is that going to take up to 4 days to be credited to my account?  I am currently trying to load the "My Rewards" page and it's not loading at all.

Hi

Unfortunately we all are forced out of our old plan .

I lost my $7 monthly rewards,but I still have all my add-ons in my account.

And as a welcome bonus I've received 5 points

@ZylAL - Like what @Terryscell said, Once your plan renews, you will get to see them. 

5 Welcome points occur when you enter the dashboard aka My Rewards.

10%? It isn't 10% points back, it is 5% points back.

People are getting switched in groups and usually On Plan Renewal.

So you would see Points Back about 24 hours after a there is a payment for a new cycle charged
