Hello!
I just joined public mobile and wanted to log into my account. I hit reset password and it said an email was sent to me with instructions but I have not received this email. I've tried it in 2 different browsers now but no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are you sure of the email address?
If the forgot password is not working for you contact the moderators to help you get back into your account.
To contact the Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
1-Click the question mark on the bottom right hand side of your screen to talk to SIMon the chat bot.
OR
2-Contact the Moderator_Team via private message using this link.

@aglasier You'll have to contact moderators for help.
Click on https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ to get started to submit a ticket to moderators. Enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
Oh since you can't logon your account, you'll likely have trouble submitting a ticket. In this case, you should send a private message to them directly here
