Not getting 6 digit code after transferring number !

Hello

Transferred number from another provider but not getting 6 digit code sent via sms to confirm identity and log into account. Is there usually a time delay?

Same problem here. Please send me porting team number as well.

@CDOB1  Did you reply YES to confirmation text from old provider to transfer the number . Leaving old provider sim in phone . I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away call them they can give update on the port or re trigger it if needed . Will

also leave you with direct link to support should they be need also
