Not able to use data

Hello,

I changed my plan in November and up til now I haven't been able to use any of my data. Any ideas what I could do to remedy this?

to update Carrier Profile:

Tap Settings > General > About. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update

Also, Please make sure you update your iOS as well

I have an iPhone 14. How do I update the carrier profile?

Ensure:

  1. data toggled on
  2. no data limiter is set on device
  3. ensure data allotment hasn't been exceeded 
  4. try your PM SIM card in another available device to see if data functions.
  5. if all above and other suggestion doesn't get you going, contact a customer support agent

Android or iPhone? Brand and model?

iPhone: Update Carrier profile first, then Try Reset network settings, try changing your network to 4G/LTE and test

Android, Try Reset All networks.   Try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE.
