Both my husband phone and mine are unable to either make or receive calls, or to access voicemail.
A window appears intermittently that says- mobile network is unavailable for voice calls.
What to do?

I have the same issues at Davisville for three weeks: now I cannot even use my service

If your account is Active on your Self Serve account then check the Telus outage map:

Could be temporary network glitch.
Where are you located?
You can always try standard remedies:
- Reboot device
- Reset network connections
- Toggle airplane mode on/off
- Re-seat - remove SIM for a few minutes and then reinsert SIM card back

HI @Meors I have checked Telus outage page, there is no activate outage for Mobile service at the moment.
You checked My Account and both accounts are Active?

@Meors - are you both newly activated today?
If so, with new numbers or transferred over from another provider?
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, then reboot
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*perform a reset network settings on your device
*try your SIM card into another compatible phone for a few days to see if the issues are the same...this could rule out a device issue/setting.

When was your renewals? It sounds like a network issue and not an account issue like an autopay failure. Have you ever had any similar experiences in the past?

what kind of phone your husband and you are using?
Is Mobile Data working? try to send an outgoing text
Also, try to reboot the phone once and see if it helps
then , try to change the Preferred Network type to 3G only and see if it works
