The only way to reset account PIN is to contact moderators.
Voicemail password can be reset using self serve.

@Jimmysincere The PIN is only used when you use Public's IVR system by dialing 611 from your phone. Is that what you are asking about. If yes, the PIN was setup by you during activation. Check you texts from Public it should be in a text.

Are you referring to your voicemail pin or account pin? Where are you trying to change it and what is the error?
If it's the voicemail pin from the main menu press 4-4-1.
