Paid account in full on Tuesday. Payment cleared bank on Thursday and on Friday I still have no service. It is a pain in the derrière to even talk to a human being to straighten it out. Why does it take so long to get a straight answer?

@DafftheDuck   you have a chance to open ticket yet?

if you just joined, it is just a sim card provisioning issue, PM can fix it quickly 

if you are exiting subscribers for sometime, did you check My Account to confirm PM took the money and applied towards renewal?

Try to put your PM sim in another phone, it can  force a sim reprovsion and you could resolve the issue yourself.  If none works, then message support and they will reprovision the acocunt for you

Do you have access to another phone or voip app to call 1-855-4pu-blic and check on the account status? Did you possibly have a credit card problem recently? How did you make that payment on Tuesday?

Thanks for your response. Tried everything you suggested and apparently the techies have been working on it for the last 4 hours

@DafftheDuck did you join earlier this week and it never work? if so, it is just a sim provisioning issue, you just need to message support to open ticket and they can fix it quickly

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@DafftheDuck  Have you tried rebooting the phone . Or reset network settings to start ? If issues persists please
