I am a new subscriber with new SIM card in the phone. Phone still indicates no service.

HI @cjss 

if it shows no service, it is a sim card and account setup problem (whether you ported in number or not)

try to reboot the phone once, or try your sim card on another phone

If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here, they can refresh the account and make it works:
