My plan renewed today and I am supposed to have 100 calling minutes but when I log in to my online account it states all my minutes have been used when in fact I did not use any. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try force refresh.

Clear your browsers cache before closing and restarting the browser. The Self Serve page might be showing an old version of the page that shows your minute usage.
