When is you're renewal date? What phone and os version? Did you're data work and stop? Or did it never work?

Have you checked self serve? There is a spot they let's you kmow you data usage allocation for your 30 day plan. This a is prepaid service with my overage charges so if you have depleted your data limit, then it stops working

Login to your self serve account and look under Data & add-ons. If you do not see a data plan there it has been used up.
