The high winds knocked out my home internet and I never got my loyalty data I read about in the news. I've been with you guys for several years and still haven't received it yet.

  1. Which plan are you on - and did you change plans AT ANY TIME since March 6, 2024?
  2. When did you JOIN Public Mobile?
  3. Which, EXACTLY, reward system are you on - Public Points or the Legacy Reward program?
  4. When you login to your self-serve account, look under the add-ons section, do you see them listed there?

@DarkPaladin727 When did you join? That reward was only for people on the legacy reward system, which anyone who joined after early 2022 would not have had.

@DarkPaladin727   Could you have changed to a lower priced plan?  That will remove the bonus.  If not, contact customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page.
