The high winds knocked out my home internet and I never got my loyalty data I read about in the news. I've been with you guys for several years and still haven't received it yet.

@DarkPaladin727 When did you join? That reward was only for people on the legacy reward system, which anyone who joined after early 2022 would not have had.

@DarkPaladin727 Could you have changed to a lower priced plan? That will remove the bonus. If not, contact customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page.
