No incoming calls with new lines

Ported 2 lines yesterday, but have no incoming calls or texts. 

I can make calls and data seems to work.

Please help, thank you

I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

@Harnek  sounds like the port didn’t complete . Did you leave old providers sim in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
