No data on my wife's iPhone 13 pro

AtlasGaia

My wife lost data on her iphone 13 today.  She can still receive calls and text, but no data. Our cycle just renewed so data usage is not the issue (only 258 mb out 5 GB's used) .

LTE symbol is visible on the top bar, but no internet connection.

APN is sp.mb.com (lower case).

We tried turning data off and the phone has been restarted several times now.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

if still not fix it you need to do a factory reset by Erase all content and settings,

How to Factory Reset iPhone 13 Pro.

Erase iPhone - Apple Support (CA)

@Anonymous I hope that you are aware of what you are suggesting here as I would never do that. Factory reset will delete all from phone and without backup user could lose all he/she had there. In this situation, resetting Network settings only is probably good enough.

sblackma is here to stay... lol

Are you looking on your account's self-serve page to determine data allotment?  Make sure you're not relying on your device's data counter.   Those tend to run monthly (1st of calendar month to last day of a calendar month) and Public Mobile cycles run every 30 days, which will cause it to vary over time.

Look here:

Also you may try switching to 3G under your network connections - this has helped some others having mobile data issues depending on individual situations.

@AtlasGaia  - Can you see that data line on your Overview page on the Self Serve account? Just making sure your PLAN did reset, and you are not looking at the data used on the phone tracker itself.

Check software/system updates, turning cellular data or airplane mode off and on again, performing a RESET of the Network Settings, and, as the last resort (but back up first), performing a factory reset.
