No calls or incoming texts

I have no ability to make or receive phone calls and I am not receiving incoming texts. I can send texts but that is it. Data is working.
Please help.

I just called this number provided and they cannot help. There is no porting request submitted (nor should there be as I have not requested any change to my number/account) and nothing showing wrong on their end. He told me to call Public Mobile customer support but there is no number for this? How do I talk to technical support? 
I can send texts and make calls, I cannot receive texts or calls.

@sralphy  Sounds like a failed porting  issue . Will send you the porting team number private message . And be sure to leave old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port
