No access to 5G

Phone : iPhone 13 Pro

 

I just purchased the 3 month 5g/150gb plan but I am unable to access 5G. I am located in Bridgewater Nova Scotia. Is there no 5G here?

even though you are unable to access 5g, you should still have access to 250mbps speeds through lte. you can do a speed test to confirm. however, it may consume close to 500mb+ data

Check this PM coverage map: it looks like only 4G/3G

looks like limited 5G in Bridgewater and surrounding area...

@GaijDelaneu Check this map with your area to see what coverage is available to you.  If I look up Bridgewater it looks like only LTE at the moment.  It's constantly changing so keep checking back.

@GaijDelaneu  Reboot the phone first. If you haven’t already , also not sure bridgewater has 5G Halifax does , so when not in the city at this point you may have to rely on 4G /LTE
