My previous provider transferred # succesfully. All data apps work except SMS service not working. I can receive and make calls bit cannot recv or send text/sms.

I was asked to reset my network settings and that worked.

I've already submitted a couple of tickets. As a new customer, this is really frustrating.

Same here 😞  I transferred my phone number over last week. Still hasn't been fixed yet. This is incredibly frustrating because most of my online accounts use MFA with SMS.

Text problem with new subscribers is a known issue and PM is fixing it for everyone

But they can still fix it quickly for you first,   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
