Hello,
I have not been able to receive MMSs since switching to Public Mobile last week. I followed the instruction from "Possible fix for MMS issues when switching to Public, picture messaging not working but data is fine" from Jay_MB minus the Textra stuff to no avail. I'm using a OnePlus 11.
Please advise.

ALL new customers have issue with texting.
Open a ticket and agent will remedy this issue for you.

and can you get SMS text?
Yes, if SMS also an issue, not just MMS, it is a PM system problem with new activation. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
