No Inbound call for a week. All call goes to voicemail

do you getting new number or port your old number in,

@Antenane hi try manually changing your network settings to 3g also you should 

 contact a cs agent so they can check out the problem

HI @Antenane   It might be your phone or might be the network

 

Did you try to reboot your phone?

You tried to reseat your SIM?

 

if you have another phone , test the PM Sim there as well

 

And try to change your network to 3G Only and see if the phone connects.  If it does, try outgoing calls and try to call yourself
