No Holiday bonus email or text for me

Hi there, I was just informed that holiday text and e-mails should have all been sent out by Dec 15 and for some reason I was never invited. Is this just for certain customers of something all customers should receive? How do I make sure I don't get missed next year? Thanks.

The e-mail message was more of to inform customers to watch for the text message.  It's the text message being sent that marked the customers as being eligible for the free add-ons.

First,  try to send YES2 to short code 4911

 

if you got back a reply saying they will add it,  then you can check your My Account shortly after using Incognito Mode

if you got a reply saying you are not eligible, still no worry,  just open ticket with PM Support using Chatbot and they will add it back for you:

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

If you are new customer (signed after Dec 1) then you will get them automatically, no SMS/email needed.

Otherwise contact agent to update your account with these bonuses.
