No 5G

Hello all. I had changed my phone, bought a new esim and activated it. My phone number stayed with me but now I have no 5G, only LTE+. Changed to select 5G.

@Avn1007123   I saw a post on Koodo about this with a Pixel 7, and customer service was able to fix it.  So you might want to submit a ticket (use the chat icon bottom right).

@Avn1007123 946mbps is close to 120Mbps, ok speed 

if you had it working before on PM physical sim and just not eSIM, ask PM support agent

Things were fine until I purchased a new Esim and activated it in my P7P. My plan is 5G with 50 gigs data and I have a 5G transmitter up the block!

Hey @Avn1007123 

Even if the 5G doesn't show up on the screen, do a speed test. That to me is what counts. If you're able to get 5G speeds, you're doing just fine. 5G Speed¹ up to 250mbps
