Nicknames - I Can't Enter Mine ?!

Look up USER - BlackSky - That is me.

When I logged in - It asked me for an Nickname - I type that in - Says "Already in Use"

Yes - By me !

How do I log into it ??   It goes back 6 or 7 years...

Looking at the old Community profile, there hasn't been any recent activity that would affect Community rewards.  One option would be to simply continue using the BlackSkye account.

@BlackSkye - Yes, there was some issue with the Eversafe creating new community accounts as in this post almost a year ago:

New Community Account Created After EverSafe ID

@BlackSkye  yeah, you are a "Good Citizen" with @BlackSky 

But the last time you logged in was around a year ago, before EverSafe login was introduced

But this is something only support can help.  They usually able to give you back the old id, as long as the old id is linked to a active My Account with the same login email

Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
