How can I get in contact with the porting team?

@wjosh8857 I had a similar situation when I tried porting over from Chatr but was able to get it resolved when I called the porting team! I suggest contacting the number of the porting team. They should be able to help you 🙂

You can call Public Mobile porting team to provide the correct Info and get status update.  I will send you the porting team number.  Please check your Community inbox for my message

You'll have to contact Public using the ticketing system/private message system as mentioend earlier.  The symptoms you've given mean that your number hasn't been transferred over (yet).

Rogers say my account  with them is still active. After I followed all the prompts when signing up on Dec 30th.
