New port over, no sms or mms and account now on hold!

Not sure what to do now as I already a service ticket going regarding NO SMS or MMS and NOW my new service is on hold after just a few days of being activated (Apr 3rd start date). Frustrated by all this.

best bet is to allow Customer Service agent assist you. Check the little envelop icon on top right side of the page as that's where they'll reply to your questions.

Use this handy quick link to message Customer Support if you haven't gotten a reply in 24 hours or so...

Every day same stuff: this does not work that does not work; this does not work that does not work.

Why do you people sign up with pubicM if it is so BAD???? Price is not the only criteria to chose provider.
