New port over, no sms or mms and account now on hold

Not sure what to do now as I already a service ticket going regarding NO SMS or MMS and NOW my new service is on hold after just a few days of being activated (Apr 3rd start date). Frustrated by all this.

Took a couple of days, but sms mms porting issue was solved. Account was basically reset.

@Chalupa_Batman - Yes, I just noticed yesterday that they hid it within the announcements page, not the community homepage. And yes, maybe say to not submit a ticket or in the chatbot ticket have the option to select MMS / SMS / iMessage / FaceTime not activating and have it submit a ticket and will respond with an auto copy & paste message with random names. 

You'd figure since this has been going on for almost a week now, they'd post a sticky in the support section saying something about it to slow down the support tickets. Guess I'd be wrong.

@Mikegusto - There is an issue with new activations about setting up MMS / SMS. There is no current timeframe yet.
