New points come when on account?

When do the new points arrive in your rewards section?  One of my plans renewed lasy night and I have 13 refferars on that account and all I see in my rewards is the welcome 5 bonus points.

@GRR that is weird. I'm sure it will show up in the next day or two.

Was your account suspended prior to renewal?

Maybe clear your cache and log back in.

Some of this is new and they are kind of delayed on a few things but I'm sure you will get it. I believe there is an option to view more or history under that Rewards tab.

@Sansan I just got the 13 points for referrals,  no 5% back yet even tho I paid the full 75$ 90 day plan lady night. So the way it looks everyone that got switched over to points will miss a month of rewards because they used to give them before the renewal and now they give them after.  That's alot of money that public Mobile will save for all those 1 month rewards!

@GRR it's kind of hidden but within 48 hours it should be there soon.

Click on Overview - My Rewards, Visit My Rewards.  They break it down real nice by date.

@GRR I have not seen mine change yet, however people have indicated it will be roughly 48 hours after renewal.
