I ordered a new phone plan with a new SIM card. I have got the number, yet the phone doesn’t work.

Thank you. Physical SIM. I am an existing customer and want to add a number to a different phone. There is no ringtone or messages can be received.

Can you elaborate which step you are stuck on? Are you using the physical SIM or eSIM? Are you a new client or existing? What aspect of your phone doesn't work?
