Follow the steps, if it is. A prepaid account just be a little patient as the porting process will take longer than a postpaid account

@Mary66 - if your Koodo account is active see previous posts regarding prepaid and postpaid accounts and how to port those numbers over.
If your Koodo account is currently NOT active, then contact Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) to let them know what you would like to do, by either two methods, found here:

Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile, so there may be some exceptions they can do here.

If it's Koodo prepaid then you can click this link and type in “port request” to be put in touch with a Customer Support Agent (CSA).
If Kood postpaid, then see @hTideGnow's post.

Hi @Mary66 so, did you pick a new number when you signed up?
if you are and you are on Koodo Postpaid, you will request Change Number from My Account. They will ask you your Koodo account number and other info
If you are on Koodo prepaid, then you will have to open ticket with CS Agent and ask them to port the number manually for you.
