Hey Public Mobile Community,

Was there a refresh in the Community's users accounts?

It had been a while that I visited the Public Mobile Community, and seems like all the data got removed.

I can't see my Badges, Posts or any Bravos.

Is it the same for everyone else? Could anyone else confirm me for this?

You will need to create an Eversafe ID with your registered email address on your account. You Community email will be the same as your account email.

@akrit08 you likely have another Community id before.  Some got that problem when first login after the Community upgrade

  You can however get the old id and profile back.  Please open ticket with support by messaging them:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
