Everything is good, making phone calls, receiving text, sending texts but can’t receive phone calls.

Did you port your old phone number over to PM?
If so, did you reply to the text confirming you were porting over to PM with YES with the old SIM in your phone?
You have 90 minutes to reply or your porting will not be completed.
This is the most important step to complete the porting process.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process again.
They can be contacted by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.

Looks like you ported and the port is not complete. Did you leave your old carrier SIM in the phone? You need to authorize the port out to your old carrier. If you put your OLD Sim back in....can you receive calls? Sounds like you have split services.
