New Subscriber - eSIM issues

I just subscribed to this service. While activating the eSIM my phone said “unable to activate eSIM contact your provider”. 
I’ve gone into my cellular settings and saw the eSIM and turned it on. I then removed my old SIM card and rebooted my device. Nothing is happening. The esim does not show a phone number. 
I tried scanning the QR code in my welcome email, it just says “unable to set up eSIM “. I submitted a ticket, but I haven’t heard back. Was hoping I could get some help.

Thanks for the reply, I tried resetting network settings, but it did not do anything.

It usually takes a few hours to hear back from customer service agent. Check your private message inbox (upper right corner - envelope icon).  Might be a bit longer since CSA are likely busy with the points migration issue. 

Maybe try a network reset of phone (note: this will erase your Wifi password)
