I am trying to set up a phone for my son. I have purchased the SIM, downloaded the app and chose a phone number and paid for a phone plan. In order to activate the plan PM is trying to send a text to the new number. I am unable to receive the verification text as the phone is not set up and there is no data. What am I missing?

Reboot your son phone with the SIM in his phone by power off then back on.
