New SIM card activated but cellular data is not working

I just activated my new physical sim card. I can make phone calls but cannot send whatsapp messages and waited more than 5 hours for an email to send when I was away from my home Internet. The so called 5G cellular data network is not working. It is too difficult to get help and cannot find way to cancel the service. My phone is iPhone 11, already unlocked.

My WhatsApp seems to work on data. Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on. See if that works.

Also check your private mail send by me about info you need to contact PM support.
