when it comes with the network, different providers have different bands (frequency) they use.  Those are used by Telus, which PM relies on.  Phones have to have some, if not all, of those bands to connect to the Telus network.

Yes the phone comes unlocked.

Looks fine. Can't tell if it has volte capability. It probably does. But it doesn't say. But talk still uses UMTS (3G) here. Volte is an additional feature that is not required.

based on what I found, it should work 

 

these are the bands your phone has, BOLD are the compatible ones

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 1700(AWS) / 1900 / 2100
4G bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 17, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71
5G bands 2, 5, 25, 41, 66, 71, 77 SA/NSA

these are what PM needs

just make certain the phone isn't locked to a US network...otherwise looks like it should be fine on a PM plan.
