I recently ordered online, is there's a way to cancel and get refund on my order? I havent received the sim card  as it takes a while .

@rubyandce13  Public mobile is pre paid and no refunds . However we have seen them give refunds for sim/ accounts that haven’t been activated . Submit ticket with support

Most likely not but you can try. If you’d like to cancel your service go to your account click Payments and Manage Subscription then switch it off.
