I switched to a new phone and lost my network connection, is there anyway I can get it to work? Please help

reboot the phone again and try Reset all networks.  Sometimes, it takes multiple reboot, but probably it needs more time

if not, you will need PM to check.  You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

Yes, changed SIM card on public mobile account, because my old SIM wouldn’t work on my new phone. And new sim card won’t connect to network

@Earled  you took your SIM card from your old phone and put in your new phone?

Or you purchased a new eSIM by downloading the app to your new phone?
