Everyday my mobile network says it's disconnected. I can't send or receive sms messages. It goes to emergency calls only. I have reset my network settings over and over and doesn't work. I have taken out my sim card as well. Please help! I submitted a ticket days ago with no response.

when you dial 611 from your device, what account status messaging is played?
When you log into self-serve account, what on screen messaging displays regarding account status?

you don't just have problem with SMS but voice and mobile data as well?
what phone do you have? did you try setting 4G/LTE and 3G?
you tried your sim in another phone?
Last, ask agent to refresh your account
