I'm in Abbotsford, BC and the network seems to be down. Calls and data not working. I can't sign in to Public Mobile either. Anyone facing a similar issue? Helpline not working either. Who should I contact and when will service be resumed?

All working ok in Maple Ridge. First step reboot phone. Ask friends or family if their phone is working on Bell, Telus or PM....if yes.....your phone or SIM or your account.....is the issue.

@abbasija - Seems other may have identified an outage. But no issues with signing into My Account or My Rewards now. How's everything working now for you?
What do you mean by 'Helpline not working either.' ? There is no phone number to call with Public Mobile.
Public Mobile representatives are CSA's, and CSA contact methods also found here:

It says there's an outage in Port Coquitlam currently. If you click on “Active Outage” it gives you an option to subscribe for updates on the outage.
