Needs to "wake up" page when I see this

Pages often seem to sit blank, with status like "transferring data from productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca" at the bottom (I see it as I'm typing this, actually). To clear the problem, I constantly have to put the focus (cursor) in the address bar and hit ENTER. I'm not a web programmer, but it's as if the page needs a wake up to finish rendering the content.

Mostly use Firefox. Seems to work much better with IE. Edge and FF seem to need the "wake up" to load pages. IE seems to only suffer from slow page loading.

What browser are you using ? 

Chrome, Firefox, Edge...

Did you try on another platform (on your phone for example or vice-versa if the issue is on your phone).

You might also want to clear your browser cache.
