The PIN on all Public Mobile SIM cards is 1234 unless someone has manually changed it, but that PIN will not longer be of any use. To get the SIM card's PUK, you will need to open a ticket using the chatbotat at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or by submitting the ticket in the support section of the Public Mobile app.
