Need to change my plan and add autopay

Hi

i need to change my plan and add autopay so I have the 250MB bonus and effective immediately, I cannot do them both in one shot on the website, can you help?

It is better to Schedule plan change on next renewal as you will be immediately charged for the new plan.

You can set up autopay and add your credit card first - on existing plan and after that goes well, schedule plan change.

Before you try to change your plan and add a credit or debit card for the auto pay, make sure that you use a browser in the incognito or private mode. You might want to clear your history and cache and cookies too.  That way you'll avoid getting an error code when trying to do those things.  The website is glitchy that way.

@Albau1668b   What plan are you on now?

 

are you trying to change to $15 plan?  $15 plan actually comes with 250 MB with or without Autopay.  So, no worry, just go ahead and change plan first

 

Just make sure you choose Change Now or Change at next billing date based on our need

Change Now : start new cycle now and PM will charge you now.  Remaining days of the old plan will be forfeited, no partial refund

1. you can Remove your credit card and Logout and

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

or try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and log in and re-entered your credit details,

 

just make sure your credit card number and your address match the same,

sometime your typing but is a one word or letter or number is a wrong or missing just make sure for it.

 

How To Update or Remove Your Payment

Follow these steps:

. sign in to Self-Serve.  Once signed in,

. click on the ‘Payment’ tab,

then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’.

you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, or ‘Remove this card’.

You will need to review and confirm this change to your account,
