Need older payment invoices (2020, 2021) -- not available/accessible through payments history.

I need copies of all invoices from 2020 and 2021. They are not available through the payments history interface. How do I get them? Thanks!

CS has promptly replied that they will kindly provide them, within 30 days. I do wish they would keep these records immediately available to clients for longer, as the CRA has only just requested documents for my Covid employee work from home expenses deductions "reassessments". Nice, after working through the entire pandemic... (imagine how fun my day is lol 🙄). I guess I should have been more responsible and downloaded such records back then, but who does that not anticipating needing them? Better adulters than me I guess...😬

Anyway, it is much appreciated that they will provide them. If they don't I don't doubt the CRA can demand them directly in any case, which no one wants... 😂

I highly doubt you will get anything prior to 2022, but it’s worth a shot!

 

Definitely update this thread if you would, please.

 

It would be good for all of us to know if they will supply invoices that far back.

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

@wewedemon- You will need to open a ticket with CS agent, and see if they can provide these.
