Forgot which email I had used for my online account now I need my account # and can’t find oneness anywhere as we don’t receive any paper bills and there’s nobody’s for me to talk with on the phone to get the acc # .... what to do ?

Moderators typically ask for phone number and PIN for identity.

Hi @SuzieG.   The only way to get your account number is via the self service portal.  If you can't log in, then you will need to send a private message to the moderators team.  Be sure to include whatever info you can in the message so that they can validate your identity.

 In your message to the mods, please include:

- explanation of your issue
- your phone number

- your sim number

- your account PIN
