@Peggy1026 the 8 digits PUK should be your sim card unlock pin.  Have you been using a SIM card PIN for protection amd you have entered it wrong couple times?    If it is really the sim card PUK,  PM can support can provide you that, you can use the direct link @RossN provided you above

What exact message is the phone giving you? Have you been here a while? Are you new here? Did you just get this phone?

If you need a SIM PUK, you will need to contact a CS_Agent through SIMon Chatbot below and create a ticket or private message them with the envelope icon above.

If you have a Samsung phone, you will need to contact Samsung Canada for a PUK to unlock the phone.
