Wait 15 minutes then clear cache, cookie and go incognito. Login and click Forgot Password and answer your security question.

if that is the case, if it said locked, wait an hour and try again

 

If still fail, try the Forgot passoword link ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

If unable to self reset the password that way, try to open ticket with PM support:
