I want a refund for a month because my plan wasn’t working

without further info, we can't really suggest applying for a refund yet.

Has your account ever worked in the past ?

What make and model is the phone ?

Are you trying to port your number in from previous provider ?

Give us some help here and we can further suggest a course of action.

@merchcott   just want to confirm if your plan is now working?

If not, maybe provide us more info , like what you see on your phone, what kind of phone you have, what kind of service not working (voice? data?) and we can try to help

 

PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund.  But if you have a full month without service, maybe you can discuss with PM Support :

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
