HI @Roseochoa98
The 4 digits PIN was setup with your activation., you cannot see them now but you can reset it. You can reset it from My Account, Profile and it is there.

@Roseochoa98 you have to reset the 4 digits pin yourself
login to My Account, go to Profile page
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
