The eSIM may also be in your Cellular settings, so make sure it is enabled and set as primary.

@hbaiyat you sure the esim has not installed yet? Check your Sim Manager or Settings > Cellulars
if really not there, check Welcome email and there should be the QR code there
if you cannot find the the QR code still, please message support agent for help, they can resend you the QR code
